Fresh Orecchiette

Do you know how easy it is to make fresh pasta ? And how satisfying is it to eat something you made from scratches? Well, orechiette is next level easy and so tasty. Don’t know why but it’s one of my favorite pasta and to make it you need very little equipment, two hands, semolina flour, water and salt. Yep that easy! I knoooow.

Ingredients

  • 300g semolina flour

  • 160g of water

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Mix your semolina flour and your water until if forms a ball
  • Roll your ball into “snakes” and then cut it in approximately 1 cm squares.
  • check the video ! Roll the square in a ball and push it on a hard surface with your thumb, turn it around and boom you have our little ear!
  • Cook your Orecchiette in a super salty boiling water, once they float at the surface, they’re ready. Coat them in a yummy sauce or just in sage butter and bon appĂ©tit !
  • You can dry them and keep them in jars for later, they will just need a few extra minutes of cooking time.

Savez vous Ă  quel point il est facile de faire des pâtes fraiches ? Tellement de recettes et d’alternatives possible, je ne m’en lasserais jamais. Bon les orecchiette c’est encore un autre level de facilitĂ©. 3 ingrĂ©dients et deux mains et en quelques minutes c’est prĂŞt. Let’s go pour cette recette hypra easy!

Ingredients

  • 300g de farine de semoule, ou semoule de blĂ© fin.

  • 160g d’eau a temperature ambiante

  • 1 pincĂ©e de sel

Directions

  • MĂ©langez tous les ingrĂ©dients jusqu’Ă  obtention d’une boule uniforme.
  • Roulez votre pate en boudins de 1cm de diamètre plus ou moins. Façonnez les comme dans la vidĂ©o disponible au dessus.
  • Cuisez vos orecchiette dans une eau bouillante assez salĂ©e, si elles flottent elles sont cuites! Compter 3/4 minutes.
  • Vous pouvez les laisser sĂ©cher et les garder en bocaux pour les utiliser plus tard, elles auront juste besoin d’un temps de cuisson plus long!
